Brad finishes 5th in Idaho 21/09/2009
Since his 2nd place finish in Knoxville back in June, Brad has covered 1000s of miles across the US including a quick trip back to NZ to enjoy a few days on the mountains and a excellent 4 ball win with me at Royal Wellington beating a couple of his good mates.
Playing last week in the Albertsons Boise Open in Idaho Brad shot rounds of 68, 67, 69 and 70 to finish 5th = his 3rd top 10 finish on the Nationwide Tour this year.
Brad has enjoyed having Mal up on tour the last two weeks and I know
Brad is keen to see Mal back up for the last few events including the
Tour Championships in three weeks time.
With yesterdays result Brad jumped 9 spots on the order of merit to
45th place with the top 60 players keeping full playing rights for the
2010 season and the top 25 gaining a place on the US Tour.
Brad’s has another four weeks straight before Tour Championships with this week’s event being played in Midland Texas.
